Teresa re-joined David at BuildSmith in November 2021 after working closely with him as the Assistant Project Manager at Midlink Business Park in Kalamazoo, MI from 2003-2012. Prior to BuildSmith, Teresa worked two years as a Project Management Assistant for an architectural firm and spent eight years assisting a commercial real estate agent in the Kalamazoo area. Teresa is an alumni of Indiana University and Davenport College.

Holly is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a major in business management and a focus in accounting. Her work experience includes two years of public accounting as an auditor at Ernst & Young with major clients in both the real estate and healthcare industries. Following her stint in public accounting she transitioned to an accounting role at a publicly traded real estate investment trust in Nashville, TN. She worked there for three years before taking a job as an assistant controller at Colliers International in Columbus, OH. Holly worked at Colliers for six years, eventually moving into a Director of Accounting role for the company. She left Colliers during the COVID epidemic to stay home with her growing family. Holly now provides accounting services to BuildSmith.
